Endless Possibilities.
From the first read through to the final bow — your child is the production. This isn't just acting. This half-term, we are inviting the next generation of directors, designers, technicians and actors to join our ensemble for an intensive, five-day theatrical takeover! From Monday to Friday, we don't just rehearse a play; we build an entire world. Whether your child dreams of being centre stage in the spotlight or is the creative genius who wants to program that spotlight, there is a vital role waiting for them.
The Cast:
Master character work, vocal projection, and stage presence.
The Creatives:
Design and craft stunning costumes and immersive sets.
The Crew:
Take the reins of lighting design, sound effects, and stage management.
We cover everything from the "first words" of a script to the excitement of a live Friday performance.
🕙 Course Schedule
Monday – Thursday: 10:00am – 3:30pm
Friday: 10:00am – 5:30pm
🎭 Friday Evening Performance — open to family & friends. £5 per ticket, with 50% donated to the upkeep of Lewes Little Theatre.
Confidence through play: No stuffy lectures here! We learn the ropes through high energy games and collaborative challenges.
A place for everyone: We celebrate the quiet thinkers and the loud dreamers alike, boosting self-esteem by showing every child how essential they are to the team.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all participants enrolled in the Page to Stage course run by BrightDog Theatre Ltd ("we", "us", "our").
1. Bookings and Payment
A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received in full via our secure payment page. Incomplete bookings — form submitted without payment, or payment made without a completed form — will not be treated as confirmed.
2. Eligibility
Page to Stage is open to young people aged 8–14. A parent or guardian must complete the booking form on behalf of the participant. By submitting this form, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child named, and that you are aged 18 or over.
3. Medical and Emergency Contact Information
You must provide accurate and up-to-date medical information, including any allergies, health conditions, or access requirements relevant to participation. You must provide a valid emergency contact reachable during sessions. BrightDog Theatre Ltd cannot be held responsible for adverse outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided at booking.
4. Behaviour and Participation
We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment. All participants must treat peers, tutors, and venue staff with respect. BrightDog Theatre reserves the right to exclude a participant from any session without refund if their behaviour poses a risk to the safety or wellbeing of others, or seriously disrupts the course.
5. Safeguarding and First Aid
BrightDog Theatre Ltd is committed to the safety and welfare of all children and young people in our care. All staff and volunteers working directly with children hold a current enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check. Our lead practitioner holds a current Paediatric First Aid certificate (St John Ambulance), ensuring appropriate emergency first aid cover is in place during all sessions. Any safeguarding concerns will be handled in accordance with current statutory guidance, including referral to the relevant authorities where appropriate. Our Safeguarding Policy is available on request.
6. Attendance
Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring their child attends sessions punctually. If your child cannot attend, please notify us in advance at contact@brightdogtheatre.com. Missed sessions cannot be carried forward or refunded.
7. Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the first session may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion. Cancellations within 14 days of the course start date are non-refundable. If BrightDog Theatre cancels or postpones a session we will offer a reschedule or pro-rata credit. Course fees are non-transferable to another participant.
8. Photography and Video
We may photograph or film sessions for promotional and archival purposes. Where photo/video consent has been given in this form, we may use images in which your child appears. If consent has not been given, please notify us in writing. We will never sell images of participants to third parties.
9. Limitation of Liability
BrightDog Theatre Ltd will take all reasonable precautions to ensure participant safety. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for personal injury, loss, or damage arising from participation except where such loss results from our negligence. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
